WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All non-custom items may be returned within five business days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Returned items must be received in original condition to receive a refund.

Custom items (portraits, logo stickers, etc.) are non-refundable. However, we will work with you to ensure the final design is one that you LOVE!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
YES! We love being a part of customers' gift giving journey. Let us know your order is a gift upon check out and we will be happy to include a personalized note and special wrapping.
I DON'T SEE THE EXACT PRODUCT I WANT ON THE SITE. CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?
